Rachel riding Cadbury

Check out this video of Rachel riding Cadbury its pretty cool. Today at holiday program I learnt how to jump!!!! And i am getting better at cantering still very rusty though but I will get there (hopefully). We did a pretend show but I have never showed a horse so I most likely looked pretty stupid. LOL

I cantered on Jesse the other day at the holiday program. It was fun and scary at the same time. Everyone else riding with me cantered. Unfortunately we had crash... someone cantered into another horse. It was kinda scary, but luckily no one got hurt.

I know this has nothing to do with horses but I GRADUATED from primary school. Me and my friends had a great time frirst the boring cermony and then dinner and finally THE DISCO!!!!

My recent horse visits

On the weekend I made a trip to the Rapid Creek Stables. I saw my favourite horse from there. She is thone with a upside down triangle on her forehead. I like her because she loves to be petted and obviously enjoys people being around her.
Yesterday I nearly got drenched at Joshels during my lesson but luckily we got undercover before it started pouring. We waited for the rain to drizzle out a bit and then we started. I rode Cola, he was being a bit lazy and enjoyed standing in one place (lookin pretty lol) my heels got sore from kicking him so hard after a while. I mainly rode without stirrups because I found it easier to get Cola moving without them.
When we trotted I used my stirrups though.

Joshels is the best

Joshels stud and agistment is the best place.
It is the one and only place I have ridden. I love all the horses there and the people who run it. They have the best facilities and teach lessons all year round.
If you live in Darwin and want to ride I strongly recommend going there. You learn a lot and most importantly have lots of fun.

A story I wrote

Centaur
The first thing I saw when I appeared in La La land was this huge centaur.
The horse’s body gleamed silkily in the sunlight. His legs were strong structured with black stockings running down to his pitch black hooves. The tail of this strange creature was shiny black which shimmered in the sunlight along with his bay colour horse body.
The human part of the centaur was muscular and tanned to a golden brown colour. His muscles rippled along his arms and he carried a razor sharp sword in each hand that looked like one sword with two handles. The light of the sun reflected brightly off the silver swords. The gold handles also shimmered in the light.

I noticed and liked the black mow hawk hair style because it looked mad with the horse body and huge human chest. His golden eyes stared at me unblinking as I studied his face, it had a strong figure and his mouth was in tight line as if he was impatient to get moving then he stamped one of his hooves impatiently and I realized I was standing rock still staring at him. I shook my head to clear and then yelled “Nicolas!!” and he smiled slightly and I knew he wanted me to follow him.
